I have been in professional kitchens since the age of fourteen. After eight years as head pastry chef at Grand Hotel Karel V, I chose my own path in 2021. From my atelier in Meerkerk, I now create patisserie I truly stand behind: artisan, honest, and always with a touch of innovation.
